(1) The cost of imprisonment and fine imposed by the decision or order of the tribunal shall be kept on record in the tribunal and sent to the relevant district court for collection of the cost.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (1), there shall be no bar to the imposition of imprisonment or fine by the Tribunal itself.
